With years of experience in food safety, I’ve worked as a contract auditor, consultant, and a food safety manager responsible for environmental monitoring programs,  sanitation programs, and HACCP & Food Safety Plans. Along the way, I’ve seen too many programs that fall short — plans that don’t protect the company, the product, or the customer. I know it can be done better, and that’s why I built this service.
